Updating a Business Process (BP) is a fairly simple task and very similar to Business Process Development

  • Open the BP by navigating to “Business Processes” and clicking the Open button

  • You will be presented with a FileOpen Window, where you can select the business process to open for editing/updating

  • Right Mouse Button Click on the business process and click on “Use Other Version”

  •  

  • Select the required version of the business process from the dropdown list

  •  

  • The comment associated with the version will be displayed.

  •  

  • If everything looks good, click on Select

  • The version of the Business Process will open.

  • You can edit, and save it as new version if needed.
