Open the BP by navigating to “Business Processes” and clicking the Open button

You will be presented with a FileOpen Window, where you can select the business process to open for editing/updating

You can open the business process to edit and and once done click on the Save button to save it
You will be presented with a Save Dialogue. Enter the Comment and click Save tosave it withe a new version.
